kip of a spot, staff very unfriendly they were not welcoming when they answered the door they literally grunted at me!!! i actually cancelled it!!! the pictures are way nicer than it actually is there obviously old pictures when they first opened!!! i wuldnt recommend it!! More

Unfortunately I think we were given the worst room in the house (No. 10 at the bottom of the stairs behind reception). Negatives to note: Bath/sink, shower and toilet areas are separate from each other; tiny sink, no shaving mirror on the wall; difficulty getting a change of towel; two bulbs not working including one in the shower cubicle; room...
