We spent a total of 4 nights at Oaklodge. Teresa is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent with fresh fruit salad, cereals, cooked breakfast, toast and real coffee. Oaklodge is tastefully furnished, a lovely house and in a good location in Dublin. Oaklodge does match the website pictures-rooms are large and well appointed. The two single rooms do share... More

My mom and I stayed at Oaklodge for two nights at the beginning of May, our stay was OK - the host was friendly and certainly available when needed, the beds were comfortable and breakfast was good and plentiful. However, the room was freezing and when we grabbed the extra blanket from the closet it was terribly stained and the... More

Spent 4 nights at Oaklodge April 12-16 2013, my second stay in 6 months. Another excellent stay....very relaxing, spotlessly clean, quiet, wonderful breakfast, fast and steady Wi-Fi. The house is beautiful, Pembroke Park a very attractive street. Bus and DART handy although the weather was good and usually walked to Stephens Green and the city centre. Teresa is a very... More

We stayed for a night - it was absolutely lovely, and Teresa and her husband were very friendly and welcoming. The house is great, our bedroom and en suite shower room were perfect, breakfast was excellent - we would highly recommend it to anyone.

We stayed here for 3 nights over last weekend. The hotel is in a good location in a nice neighbourhood of the city. It's probably only a 20 minute walk into the city centre - there are buses but we didn't use them as we prefer to be on our feet. The b&b house is nice and the room was... More

I stayed at Oaklodge B&B for a week and I was pleased to find that it lived up to the reviews I had found on this site. The location is peaceful and quiet and allows easy access to Dublin on foot or via bus/train/taxi. I stayed in a single room and while I felt it was a bit small it... More

Stayed at Oakmount for 2 nights early October. Located just outside the city centre, this is a beautiful and very upscale part of Dublin. A quiet residential street, very easy access to transport, the Airport Aircoach/Dublin bus stop a 5 minute walk with the DART about 15 minutes just past Herbert Park. Room was quite spacious, extremely clean, very comfortable... More

We spent 3 nights here, while visiting friends. It is a beautiful family home converted to a B&B and operated by lovely people. We requested a double with an ensuite bathroom, which was located on the (American) 2nd floor/ (European) 1st floor. (I did not see any guest rooms on the main floor so if you have limitations regarding stairs,... More
