Great guest house, rooms very comfortable and immaculately clean. Warm Irish welcome from Weldon, the owner, who made us instantly at home. Close to airport and bus routes into the city centre. This was our first visit to Dublin and we'll have no hesitation staying here again. More

We stayed only one night but all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and bed very comfortable. Not far from the airport (16 EURO cab but could prob get it cheaper if you knew what you were doing). Would recommend if you're looking for some peace and quiet in a room like home. More

we travelled from wales to see take that concert arriving on the sat afternoon , we were very nervous and unsure of what we were going to as we would normally of booked hotel , we were met by weldon the proprietor a very friendly and welcoming man , the entrance was beautiful very clean and also smelt beautiful !!!!!... Warm comfortable Guesthouse. Friendly without being intrusive. Spotless with amazing Breakfast Menu. I could'nt believe the high standards and leave of service for the price. More like a hotel. A real find in Dublin! More

excellent value for money, could not fault service. The room en suite was warm and very comfortable with tea-coffee making facilities and tv. Breakfast included in price was more than adequate. The Proprieter was courteous and friendly. Bus stop to city centre was outside door.Would stay there again. More
