We stayed here for one night as we were going to the US Embassy at 8:30 for an appointment. Great Location, Breakfast included in the price which was very reasonable for this part of town. Its just a bit dated inside. Noise from other rooms close by kept us awake during the night, not people partying just regular noise.

I stayed at this Hotel for 3 nights in April. Its a nice price, i recomend it for people on a tight budget. Its near the city centre you reach it in a 25 minutes walk and have a irish breakfast included. its located in a very safe area.

Capital cities can be expensive but this property makes it reasonable and affordable.It is close to Ballsbridge which has great choice of restaurants and is only 10 mins from centre of city. My husband and I stayed here In June 2012. It is very convenient, comfortable and friendly. They have off street parking but it can be a bit challenging to get in to the car park. Stayed here due to location to RDS. Pleasantly surprised as it was a very good rate ( for the area), last minute booking, and we wanted to try out somewhere new for a change! Would book again. The hotel itself is old and dated, and parking is extremely limited (seemed to be only 3 parking spaces). There is no lift, so could be a difficult trek to the top floor for those with mobility issues.
