Had a great stay, only let down was the room didn't appear to be serviced to the standards you would expect from a five star hotel. The coffee and sugar hadn't been replenished. Stayed at Lough Eske twice and just booked for a third time. This hotel is an example of how hotels should be operated. Staff weren't above and beyond and their customer service is exemplary. Rooms were absolute luxury and great atmosphere. We ate in the gallery bar one lunchtime. The food was perfect, hot cooked to perfection and served with a smile. Absolutely great value with a touch of elegance. Will be coming back again. We did not stay in the hotel this time so I cannot comment on the rooms. Maybe next time...... More
