First off, let me say that I do not enjoy writing poor reviews.
We stayed at Cill Eoin for one night, the night before we flew out of the Shannon Airport. When we arrived we were immediately concerned about the fact that a for sale sign was in the front yard. We checked in and paid for our room up...

I stayed for 2 nights with my wife and 10 year old son. We shared a family room, which had three very comfortable beds (double plus two singles), and a good shower. The remote for the small television in the room didn't work, but that wasn't a real inconvenience. Anna was naturally helpful in all aspects (including the recovery and...

We traveled around Ireland for two weeks. We needed to stay near Shannon Airport our first and last nights. We stayed our first night here and before leaving we booked two rooms for our last nights stay. The hosts Anna and John could not have been more friendly and accommodating. If we needed a cab or a restaurant reservation they...

We are from France, stayed at Cill Eoin House 5 nights, and we were very happy. The rooms were clean and big enough. The hosts Anna and John very friendly and helpfull.Big choise for breakfast.Close to Shannon Airport,Bunratty Castle,Cliffs of Moher,Ennis town.Just 5 min from B&B are ruins, nice place for walk. They have tennis court. We will definitly be back there.
Cilleoin is a short ways out of Ennis...would need a car. We had stayed there 7 years before and it was in much better shape. This time it was very dated and shabby. The girl at the front desk was noncommunicative, just doing her job and couldn't speak very good English. The room was large enough, just sort of blah...

While the manager Anna was very accomodating and helpful, the property has seen better days. The inn is located off a traffic circle though not near any town. It is a good location to see the Cliffs of Moher, Bunratty Castle , Doolin, and the Burren . It is also a good location the day after your flight into Ireland...

If I had to use one word to describe Cill Eoin, it would be basic. The room was a good size and clean and the bed was comfortable, but it was pretty bare bones. We stayed in a lot of B&Bs during our trip and this had more of a feeling of a roadside motel or a dorm room than...

Stayed in this B & B for 1 night in June. I found it to be shabby, old-fashioned, unfriendly and expensive. The room consisted of a colour scheme of about 6 different colours and the en-suite was adequate, small and not entirely clean. The breakfast was uninteresting with few choices. This sounds harsh but I have stayed in many B...
