Suainaval is in a stunning location overlooking Uig Sands and the hills of Lewis and Harris in the distance. Kirsty and Tony were really welcoming and helpful. The double room was very comfortable, with en suite Jacuzzi, and lots of useful information about the area and wildlife etc. Breakfasts were excellent with lots of choice - including healthy ones! Excellent... More

If we had known that there was a B&B like Suainaval we surely would stayed longer. So we only spent 2 pleasant nights in a clean B&B including stunning view. Whenever we need anything, Mrs Wade was there to help. We felt like being a part of the family. We hope to come back soon... Mike Nass www,familie-nass.de More

We stayed at Suainaval for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. Kirsty and Tony are great hosts ably assisted by their family. They are really nice people and the guest house has fantastic views over Uig bay. Some great walks nearby and the colour of the beaches and the sea are amazing. Also some great restaurants in the area, as... More

This place is run by a great family who were very friendly and delightful to chat to. Room lovely (although we would have preferred a shower to a bath – our personal taste). Fantastic location with fabulous views all around and corncrakes calling outside the bedroom window. The bay looked like a tropical lagoon on a sunny day. Wonderful breakfast... More

Fantastic place to stay, Kirsty and Tony brilliant hosts, very relaxed atmosphere. The outlook from the bedroom window has to be seen to be believed, very clean and comfortable room with a hearty breakfast. Well recommended More

Great view, really friendly hosts, one of the best cooked breakfasts we had whilst on our honeymoon - I can only echo previous comments and say that if anyone is considering where to stay on Lewis, the surrounding area is truly the most beautiful with extensive beaches and sands and mountainous scenery. Tremendous value! Special thanks to Kirsty, Megan (for... More

What a find! If you want a really genuinely brilliant Band B this one is for you. The location is just sensational and the views are simply stunning. Kirsty and Tony are great hosts and make you very welcome in their family home; they also make a great breakfast. Nothing is too much trouble. We really enjoyed this stay and... More

This was one of the highlights of our trip around the Outer Hebrides between 6 - 19 July. Tony, Kirsty and their children were the perfect hosts and we were made most welcome. I cannot praise the home cooking enough, which was very moreish! We will definitely include a stay with Tony, Kirsty and family when we next visit the... More

Arrived at the B & B having emerged (relatively) unscathed from camping on an uninhabited Hebridean isle. The Wade household could not have been a more welcome or better place to stay - an absolutely joy. I would call it out-of-this-world customer service, but 'customer service' belies the laidback, friendly, chatty atmosphere (all the while going out of their way... More

We booked this B and B after finding it on Google Earth and reading the Wades entertaining website. Everything was beyond our expectations. The room and view from the room were amazing. The Wade family was very welcoming and we felt like part of the family after the first day. They were very helpful tourist guides and we learned much... More
