We are a couple and spent two nights at Corrie Glen while exploring the Trossachs and West of Scotland. What we really appreciated about our stay was how peaceful it was, with a beautiful location half a mile from the foot of some wonderful hills and the town of Aberfoyle, which makes for a wonderful view from the large windows... We stayed at the Corrie Glen, for a Friday and Saturday night for a wedding in the local area. We were met with a warm welcome, a very clean room and wonderfully comfortable king size bed. Wonderful views, wonderful food. It's been a long while since I stayed in a B&B and I was a bit worried about feeling like... More

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved it!! Pauline and Steve are exceptional hosts. The conservatory was a wonderful room to relax in after a long day of walking. The walks in the area are wonderful. The B & B is beautiful, clean, safe, quiet, all the things you need in a B & B. The breakfasts were great.... More

We found Corrie Glen a great place to stay. Our hosts, Pauline and Steven were outstanding. They were welcoming and extremely helpful with information about transportation and walks in the area. The B and B itself was clean, quiet, and comfortable. If you like to walk Corrie Glen is central or very close to many very beautiful paths. More

Corrie Glen was our first place to stay in Scotland for 3 nights beginning Aug. 31. Easy to find, immaculate, wonderful owners, Pauline and Steven, providers of the best care for visitors, especially their breakfasts! A very beautiful, quiet and serene place to stay with great information for traveling in the area and the best roads to use. We (two... More

The hilltop location does mean a half mile walk from Aberfoyle if you're without a car, but one advantage of being out of town is enjoying the splendid view across pastures while you're tucking into one of Pauline's hearty breakfasts! You can walk off any breakfast excesses on the pretty Doon Hill Fairy Trail which passes the B&B. We were... More

Charming place. The field with the horses make a great view from the beautiful garden. We enjoyed it so much. To exceed it all, Pauline and Steven were excellent hosts. Extremely helpful and welcoming. There's more. You'd have to visit and see. Highly recommended. More

Excelent location. The house is just 5 minutes walking from Aberfoyle and in the middle of an amazing lanscape. You can enjoy the beautiful views from the rooms and having breakfast. Pauline and Steve are the best hosts I've ever met and despite they have 3 stars, they deserve one more because the quality of the rooms, breakfasts, cleaniness, services...... More
