Stayed two nights here in August and haven't a complaint. Porridge was cooked to order and the room was clean. Hotel five minutes from train station and about the same from the centre of Ayr. More

We stayed at this hotel for 2 days last year and check in was quick and friendly.. Our room was spotlessly clean and beautifully deorated. The bathroom had obviously been refurbished and had a great power shower with plenty of hot water! Breakfast was lovely with all the usual selection - well worth getting up for. We ate in the... We stayed here as we were attending a family wedding at the hotel the wedding reception was wonderful and the staff bent over backwards to help us and make us feel comfortable, it felt like were at home (only with someone else to do all the work for a change). Our room was lovely, clean and cozy. Breakfast was not... More

Our check in was fast, efficient and friendly. The rooms were clean and comforable with recently refurbished en-suite facilities. The shower was powerful and the water hot. We ate in the hotel on our first night and the food was absolutely delicious. Breakfast was equally good and served in a lovely breakfast room. The hotel is in the perfect location... More

We realy liked our room, it was comfortable even though when we booked it the receptionist said it was small it had all we needed and was very comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small and when you sat on the toilet it felt as if it was moving. The trouser press did not appear to work so I thought... More

Nice hotel. Staff friendly and efficient. Room was spacious and modern. Lots of tea, coffee and bottled water (a few more biscuits would have been nice). Breakfast was nice , plenty of toast. Hotel was close to town centre but little noise day or night. Would stay again. More

Il keep this as simple as possible, the food is good for the price and is very reasonable, the rooms are spacious and clean no complaints here, the letdown is the management as a family run hotel i found the staff all doing double jobs fine when the hotel is quite not so good when busy and that's what it... Where do I begin? The hotel is situated in the town centre which is ideal. The rooms are clean and fresh with tv and adequate bath room. All the hard elements are there to have a decent hotel however I found the management to be rude, obnoxious and unwelcoming.  On checking in we were never acknowledged by the receptionist (a... More
