Had a very comfortable room in the hotel. All staff were pleasant and appeared to be keen to make guests have a pleasant stay. The meals served was very good however there was some menu was variable depending on which chef was on duty. Same meal on different days turned out to be differently cooked and dressed. more

I have recommended this hotel to everyone. The rooms are large and airy (even the standard room). great value for money. Staff are very welcoming and helpful without being intrusive. we were there as a party of 6 for the Ayr Gold Cup. We checked in early so that we didnt have to carry bags about with us.
