Enjoyed our visit to Murrayshall House Hotel. The hotel is a beautiful old building, full of character and charm and only surpassed by the wonderful grounds. The golf course is very enjoyable and testing! Dining in the Old Masters Restaurant was first class - excellent service and food. We will be delighted to return someday.

I use this hotel often for business meetings & return every month because the service & food is hard to beat. Me & my guests are always made very welcome by the staff & nothing is too much trouble for them. We are always looked after very well by Cathy, Carol & Chris & the food is the some of... More

We were the organisers of a group of 48 staying for three nights at the end of April, ending with a Scottish Country Dance on the Sunday evening. It was a busy time for the hotel with two weddings parteis to deal with, as well as ourselves. There were some initial problems, but the staff responded promptly and willingly to... More

I have stayed here twice with business colleagues and both times I have had stunning rooms , one in the annex and one in the main hotel, both were suites, quiet, good facilities e.g tv in bedroom and sitting area, good quality tea/coffee/biscuits, d'ecleor toiletries, iron and ironing board. We ate in the Bar Restaurant and both times the service... More

This must have been a fantastic residence at one time. However while we had a good stay at a very attractive price, the restaurant let the experience down. The service felt automated, lacking personality and we felt we were treated as items that needed to be processed. The food was disappointing and did not follow the menu description. At breakfast... We stayed at the Murrayshall on a Sat/Sun night with an Itison deal. Overall a very enjoyable experience even though our room was the furthest away from the main building in the Lynedoch Suite. The suite's soft furnishings are a little tired but otherwise the space on offer and general standard is very high (the welcoming chocolates and fizz helps!).... More

This is a perfect wedding venue with the grounds and the views and I believe this is a large part of their business along with golf. We stayed there on a Friday night, the staff at the reception were courteous and helpful and the hotel is clean with a charming oldy worldy Scottish character. It is a little out of... More

Brilliant scenery and views, traditional decor, superb food at club house and gorgeous a la carte menu in restaurant, grand rooms, helpful staff lent me a phone charger at 10pm. Worth £149 for the room with dinner and breakfast as you have a £25 limit for your dinner so can chose anything and pay extra if you want to go... More

Cheerful, efficient, unobtrusive, organised, amusing, competent, delicious, beautiful, smooth, professional, quality, skilful, accommodating, stylish, luxurious……….. The Manager and his colleagues couldn't do enough to make the wedding of our son to his lovely bride such a perfect occasion. Their offering by way of their ‘Wedding Package’ was superb. The smallest attention to detail was greatly appreciated. With the addition of... More
