My husband and I have jsut returned form Dunmurry Lodge. We stayed here in May 2006, and everything is just as good since our first visit. Dunmurry Lodge is very well decorated, exceptionally clean and towlels, and bed linen are of the highest quality. Although there are just 4 rooms, the choice at breakdfast would put some of the large... more

We travelled form Sydney to enjoy the delights of the Scottish Homecoming year, and Irene and Tony did the Highlands proud with a stay that would be difficult to beat anywhere in the world, from the cosy warmth and presentation of the Stewart Room through to the Porridge and Kippers for breakfast. Simply put: Perfect. more

Irene and Toby were wonderful hosts!! The food was excellent - probably the best we had during our stay in Scotland - both in the town and at the B & B. The B & B was elegant while cozy and nicely appointed!! I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel! The location on the edge of town... more

My Wife and I only had one night in Pitlochry after arriving by train. The location is probably about 1km from the station and up a hill from the main street. When we arrived we were greeted by Tony who said if we had contaced him he would have collected us from the train. The house and our room was... more

Tony and Irene run one of the top B&Bs in Scotland. I would use Dunmurray Lodge as my home base again for any trip with any group. You'll never see a more charming, well-decorated B&B or eat a more fantastic breakfast. All of Tony's suggestions were right on, from food to sights. Dunmurray is the BEST! more

My 19 year old daughter and I had an excellent stay here for four nights in early June. Tony and Irene were kind, thoughtful and very helpful hosts. Our room was beautiful and clean and very cozy. Breakfasts were plentiful and served in a sunny room. We were traveling by train and bus, and our hope was to hike in... more

Twenty nights across the UK from bottom to top, and this was our favourite B&B. Great room, helpful hosts, fabulous breakfasts, we really couldn't have asked for more. more

We have enjoyed another B&B in Pitlochry for a number of years but the landlady had decided to give up so we needed to find somewhere new. We really do not have enough words to praise Tony and Eileen for their efficiency, friendliness and service. As others have said the room was immaculate, the food excellent and the whole experience... more

My fiance and I stayed for 2 nights and were extremely impressed. The location is excellent and the accommodation was first class. The breakfast choice was vast, varied and superb with locally sourced fish and meats. The rooms were of a very good size and there was plenty of room. The beds were excellent with crisp, clean, linen. To round... more

Pitlochry is a wonderful town to visit and Dunmurray lodge is the perfect place to stay for your visit! Its location is ideal. It is a short distance out of the town center so it is peaceful, quiet and easy to get to and is set on a slight hill so the tranquil views are quite refreshing. I loved walking... more
