This establishment has all the hall marks of a small private hotel. The quality accommodation and furnishings, the 'Fin De Siecle ' ambience together with the delicious breakfast and gracious attention of the proprietors all make for a most enjoyable experience.Looking forward to returning for a repeat experience. I stayed in the poplars in October 2011. Janice and Gerry were perfect hosts - they were so friendly and couldn't have been more helpful - including booking us a restaurant and driving us to the theatre as it was raining. The rooms were quiet and very clean, there was a lovely drawing room and there were great views. Pitlochry... More

Had a great time, great B&B, lovely couple, accomodation and breakfast very good. Nice location, not far from the main st. We visited in October, would be a great location in a summer's day to sit in the garden and admire the view. More

But we found that kind of place it was The Poplars of Pitlochry. The moment we arrived the welcoming faces of... More

Myself and sisters (Margie & Janie) got a very warm welcome on our return. The last time was with our brother Colin in 2006 when we were making our roots tour to the Orkney Islands. This was our overnight stop once again on yet another roots tour but this time to the Outer Hebrides and the North of Scotland, If... More
