we booked the night before and when we arrived there was parking space and a warm reception, the room was clean and tidy with plenty of space. The chocolate bars were a nice touch and the breakfast was great especially the coffee at breakfast and the proper mushrooms instead of manky tinned ones. More

My husband thoroughly enjoyed a one night stopover in Ardfern. Friendly people, very comfortable and extremely well kept establishment. Lovely lounge facility, and breakfast beautifully cooked and presented. We now know where to go in Perth! More
