Hotel close to beach where dolphins occassionally swim by. A warm welcome at reception and up to a sea-view room worth the supplement overlooking Moray Firth. We were here 4 nights and very much enjoyed our stay at the Golf View Hotel. The young staff that waited on us in both the dining room, and in the other restaurant, were very friendly and attentive. This is a delightful place to stay. Very well done. more

This is a 4 star establishment with upmarket modern bedrooms and en suites to match but NO air conditioning. The rooms were stifling. The hotel overlooks the sea for which you pay extra if you want a view of it. from your bedroom. Our assorted conservatory meals were all disappointing so poor that it put us off the following night... more

The hotel is nearly on the beach and there are lovely views from some of the rooms. The staff are very friendly and professional. The main attraction however is the food. It's superb. Wonderful setting with spectacular views over the Moray Firth. Friendly, enthusiastic and very helpful staff, restaurant table menu slightly limited but standard of food incredible. Room spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Excellent Spa/Leisure facilities. Overall a fantastic weekend away. more

We stayed at the hotel over the easter weekend, the room was very nice and clean but the view from room 6 was disappointing - a fire escape. This was annoying since we had paid extra for an executive room. Despite this the hotel was lovely, the staff very friendly and the food was excellent - breakfast was especially good.... more
