We were greeted and checked in by a lovely girl Katarina, who assisted us throughout our stay. Our lovely clean, spacious room overlooking loch Linnhe was a delight and (although we were always a little late) the scottish breakfast saw us through until dinner in the evening!! We ate from the A la Carte menu the first night and the... more

Bedroom had musty smell, TV did not work despite reporting this to duty manager. Breakfast was a shambles on both mornings; down to lack of staff on first morning, on second morning the waiter was rude and unhelpful. This hotel appeared to be poorly managed more

Stayed at The Imperial Hotel during a West Coast cruise, the hotel let my friends and I park our bikes right in front of the hotel gave me piece of mind they were safe. The room was really good and modern, had adequte space, clean and comfortable. The town of Fort William seems to be friendly and great choice, we... more

I stayed here for two nights recently. Rooms are nice, recently refurbished with usual tea/coffee making facilities, free wifi (although this annoyingly kept dropping connection every so often), nice bathroom. The hotel's location is very central and easy to find, but there is only a limited amount of parking available (first come, first served). My room had a view of... more

Dear guest Thank you so much for your review with regards to your stay at the Imperial Hotel Fort William. Our breakfast buffet has become quite famous along with our chefs own Scottish fully cooked breakfast which I am glad you enjoyed, I was also pleased that the refurbishment we carried out this year on most of our rooms have...

Hotel is located adjecent to a busy main road and some rooms may face onto noisy buildings on the other side of the building. Worth asking for the quieter side of the building. The hotel is a few minutes from the railway station, with the main shops close by. Room -stayed in a spacious, clean room with a great bathroom... more

This was the second time we've stayed here. No complaints, staff so friendly, nice clean rooms, excellent breakfast. . The location is right next to the town centre , one minute walk . You may get cheaper in Fort William than the £68 we paid for the night here , however i doubt if you could better this place. more

stayed for 3 nights whilst exploring the Highlands. The staff at the hotel were brilliant and very friendly. The hotel is clean and has everything you need. Try the bar food it's not your normal frozen pies and chips etc.,. Under new management and I wish them every success. Will definately stay there again. more

Stayed as part of my cycle tour of the UK and this hotel was a real highlight of the trip. The welcome was extremely friendly, room was great (looks like it had been recently redone as had most of the hotel) and the food was extremely good. Quite quirky as the hotel has an Indian restaurant built in alongside traditional... more

We arrived at this hotel feeling very weary, having completed the West Highland Way. We were paying for our accommodation out of our own pockets, having secured a high level of donations for various charities in advance. Two of our party of four had been forced to drop out, leaving myself and my friend to face the extremely rude manager,... more

I would like to thank you for your feedback and sorry that your stay with us was not to your satisfaction. Your mother called to cancel one of your rooms which I and the receptionist told you on your arrival, a 24 hour cancelation policy is not only the Imperial but 99% of hotels around the world which anybody would...
