My husband and I ended up making a last-minute reservation. Thank goodness Andy and Sue had a room for us. We would have missed the best B & B we stayed in Scotland! The Keen's have a congenial, laid-back likeability that immediately lets you know that you can relax - you are in good hands. Sue even came to pick... more

Our first trip to Scotland for a mini walking break and we couldn't have asked for a better introduction. From helping us out before we arrived with recommendations for places to eat and book, to providing an unrivalled hospitality, Sue and Andy at the Torlinnhe were warm and genuine hosts in every way. On a practical level; Breakfasts - top... more

There are so many positive things to say about the Torlinnhe B & B. Very clean, great picture window from the dining/lounge area as well as a good size window with a view from room 3. Flat screen tv and wifi in rooms. Lots of closet space for all of our luggage. The breakfast was by far the largest breakfast... more

On arrival at Torlinnhe we were warmly welcomed by our host, Sue and after being shown to our room, with ensuite granite shower room (with power shower) we then adjourned to the living room with a fabulous view of the loch, for a large cafetiere of fresh coffee and a basket of chocolate marshmallows and caramel biscuits. The service at... more

Perfect Location for our 1st attempt at climbing the "Big Ben". Andy had already printed our weather conditions for the next days climb and after cooking us the best scrambelled eggs and salmon I have ever had, we set off . Loads of other choices for breakfast by the way. On reaching the Summit of Ben Nevis we tucked into... more

I can highly recommend Torlinnhe Guest House. The location of the Guest House is just stunning with beautiful views overlooking Loch Linnhe and the mountains. The service and hospitality was really first class. On arrival I noticed how clean the place was and it smelled clean as well. Andy and Sue are just the best hosts you could wish for... more

We recently spent four most enjoyable days with Sue and Andy. The hospitality was superb, this was matched by the standard of accomodation and a breakfast table choice which was second to none. If we visit this region again, this is one place we would certainly stay at without hesitation. We have taken some happy memories back to Wiltshire. more

Friendly B&B, great service. Excellent decor. An excellent choice at breakfast, however I feel that the cooked breakfast was a bit of a let down due to cheaper food being used, very poor sausages for example. Also the packed lunches seemed poor value for money. The B&B has benefited from a refurbishment and is to an excellent standard, however there... more

Ouch! We are mortified that our cooked breakfast option appears to have fallen short of expectations. We would be the first to admit that the sausages we use are not exceptional premium quality specialist products but they are good, mid range products fresh from our local butcher and made on their premises in Fort William, Our black pudding, haggis and...

Sue and Andy are the loveliest hosts! We were greeted with tea and a basket of yummy Scottish goodies (such as Tunnock's teacakes and caramel biscuits!). The guest sitting room has a beautiful view over the Loch. Our room was freshly refurbished and absolutely spotless. We particularly welcomed all the various recommendations of where to go and where to eat... more

My wife and I stayed at Torlinnhe recently on a small tour of the Highlands and I can only add to all the other comments left about this guest house - it really is excellent. We enjoyed...
