Really nice and pleasant staff especially at breakfast, and the breakfast did have a wide selection, there was something for everyone, the hotel was within easy reach of the city centre and easy to find. Was very impressed with this small hotel. Warmly greeted by lady who despite running the bar, waitressing and maintaining the reception, stayed very pleasant throughout. Had a work night out as part of their christmas party nights at the hotel. For the price of it (£30) I found it quite disappointing. Arrived tired after a long day, checked in quickly and without fuss. Food good and plentiful, room clean and warm. Good selection for breakfast, choice of Scottish or English full breakfast. Will stay again when in the area?
