We got a good deal for the Kingsmills hotel which is always a welcome start! It's a nice comfortable hotel in really good condition. Bedroom was large enough and the WiFi was indispensable as 3G connection was ropey. Comfortable bar and dining area and the food was pretty good. Breakfast was excellent, think I ended up looking like a haggis.... More

We stayed for 1 night in the Kingsmills Hotel whilst passing through Inverness, staying in a standard room on the ground floor. The room was huge, with a massive super-kingsize bed, seperate dressing area between the main door and bedroom, and patio doors leading out to the lovely gardens - very impressive, at first I thought we'd accidently been put... First of all of I had paid full price for the room at the Kingsclub I would have been disappointed. The hotel looks great and the room was very nice. Our room temperature did not seem to be warming and going by the cheapy additional halogen Heater the hotel knew it didn't work. They have the worst pillows ever. Coupled... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. I was disappointed to read that you found the Kingsclub to be overpriced. The Kingsclub does offer modern, contemporary rooms which are very well appointed and offers extras that standard rooms do not have such as robes, slippers, a welcome plate, fresh milk for your tea and coffee, fresh coffee instead of instant,...
