A warm welcome from the hosts. A traditional Scottish breakfast (with excellent porridge!) provided the ideal start for a couple of days' hillwalking. The room was clean and comfortable. Good value accommodation. I will be back next time I am in Inverness.

Stayed here for 1 night while working away from home, I was made to feel very welcome and was lucky to be given an ensuite double after having booked a single with shared facilities. Good value and a lovely breakfast, definitely worth 5 stars, also this place is no more than 5-10 minute walk from the centre of town.

Ok, for the price it wasn't bad. It's a lovely house and very clean. The breakfast was very nice. My only gripe is the size of the single rooms. Good value for money guesthouse. The owners are friendly and helpful, the room comfortable and the breakfast delicious! It is well located in a Main Street of town with enough restaurants and shops close by. The castle and historical city attractions are also close by. My husband and I stayed here for one night and it suited our needs perfectly!

Nice clean, cosy guest house, handy for eden court etc. very reasonable cost, so nice to get proper China cups and saucers at breakfast, it was like going to my grannies for a stay. I would stay here again.
