Kiwis on Tour We had the pleasure of staying at An Grianan in Inverness, during our journeys throughout the UK. We could not recommend this establishment higher. Terri is a gem, as is her husband. The room was beautifully presented as the other reviews state. Terri's wee touches add class and respect to the experience and her home baking is... More

This was a most lovely place to stay at the start of our tour of the Highlands and Islands with our friends from the USA. We arrived on a rather cold early May evening to be met by Terri, our hostess, who welcomed us into the lovely warmth of the spacious entrance hall with fresh milk for our cup of... More

glad to hear you guys enjoyed your stay with us and liked the very popular lemon cake (an old favourite), it is great to hear what people appreciate as it helps us know we are on the right track in pleasing our guests, which of course is what we are all about. Hope your American relatives enjoyed their visit to... More

We were booked into An Grianan by another establishment so we had no particular expectations. But everything was perfect: great location convenient for the airport and town; charming stone-built Victorian house on a corner lot (off-street parking) in a quiet location within walking distance of the town centre. Lovely room, great bathroom and splendid breakfast provided by our charming hosts.... More

During our Scotland tour in April 2012 we felt like home at this perfect B&B although the wind and rain blows like hell... Cosy atmosphere and tastful furniture everywhere. Rooms are absolutely tidy and proper. High quality breakfast...try the porridge ..you will love it! Definitely a highly recommend place if you intend to stay in Inverness! Best wishes and warm... We stayed at An Grianan for the first night of a weeks holiday around Scotland. On arrival we were greeted with tea (with proper milk) and two of the most perfect fairy cakes you've ever seen! We were also given a bigger room at no extra cost, which was a lovely surprise after a long day. The room we stayed... More

We found this B&B to be very professional with outstanding service. The owner was helpful and friendly. The home baking and breakfast was delicious (including great 'Canadian' toast!). Rooms were lovely. Would definitely stay here again. More

The twin room at this B & B is gorgeous, all very nicely decorated and comfy beds. Lots of special touches that make it special. We got the tastiest little fresh cream and jam cake ever with our coffee/tea! Good loication, 5 min walk to Eastgate centre shops. Good veggie breakfast option and lots of nice chat with the owner. My mom and I were traveling around Scotland and happened upon Terri's wonderful establishment. She was warm, welcoming and informative from the second we crossed her threshold. She directed us to several good restaurants just down the hill from the B&B, in the town center. Once we were back from a yummy dinner, the free wi-fi was priceless, and the... More

This was our favourite B&B that we stayed in. Terri, the hostess, was very friendly and easy to talk to and gave us fresh carrot cake when we arrived, which was delicious. I knew after that that breakfast would not disappoint and it didn't! She's a great cook. Our room was spacious with free internet (something we found to be... More
