Moira, the owner was so friendly and helpful, the single room was clean and well decorated. Massive selection of cereal, fruit and cooked breakfast in the morning. Great value for £30. I would stay here again if in Inverness More

Moria stood in waiting as we walked in for a mid-night check-in, thanks to delayed connections. There began my first tryst with B&Bs. I am thourougly impressed by the efficiency of this energetic & charming lady who runs the B&B. The cottage itself is exceptionally clean, very cosy and is close to local attractions. The daily breakfasts she served were... More

Found this wonderful bed and breakfast by accident. Desparate for somewhere to stay and everywhere was booked up. Excellent facilities and a wonderful breakfast. We were there the night before an early funeral and everyone was very kind to us. Have tried to stay again for hospital appointments, but the place is so brilliant it has always been fully booked.... Fantastic B&B. Located in a charming & quiet residential area of Inverness which is only a short distance away from the centre, within 5 mins of walking you can reach a footbridge that takes you across the river & drops you directly in the heart of the city, it is the perfect distance away for peace, quiet & good nights... We came to inverness to run the Loch Ness Marathon, and found this an excellent place to stay. The bed was new and very comfortable, rooms were spotless, (we had the use of the twin room next to ours as a family room at no extra charge. Lovely breakfasts each day, Moira even got up early to provide the runners... More

Travelled up to Inverness on 26th Feb with my husband & two infants for a short break. We stayed at the Fairfield Villa as it was one of the only B&B's we could find that offered an interconnecting room. We were greeted on arrival by a lovely couple who run the B&B and shown to our room. Very spacious interconnecting... More
