3 nights in one of the the one-bedroomed units. There was plenty of room for Celia & I, Good cooking facilities, comfortable bed, adequate bathroom, good sofa and a 2 person table to eat at. Warm and convenient for both the parking area and La Taverna Restaurant. We were here Thurs-Sun and it wasn't ridiculously busy or noisy. In fact... More

We have stayed 3 times, in 3 different chalets - and we like the place - we'd certainly go back. It is fairly basic, but comfortable, and a nice family base. The complex is lovely, our younger children love the small play area, the bar is cosy and friendly and the restaurant good. (And its worth noting, that despite being... More

I think for 6 adults staying there should have been more utensils (only 5 knives) for cooking and eating. Also only comfy seating for 5 people which meant 1 person had to sit on a hard chair. Also no instructions for the TV, heating etc. We used over £16 on electricity staying from Friday night until Sunday morning and I... More

We have stayed at High Range 3 times, always in Glenmore Chalet. Basic but clean, nice bed linen. Staff very helpful. Helpful to less able people. Will be going again. Close to Aviemore and all the attractions in the area. I would like to see information kept in the chalets re telephone numbers for Doctors, Dentists, Hospitals etc.

Being staying here at least 2 times a year for the last 4 years. Just a 5 minute stroll into the centre of town, it's close enough but not to close to the shops ect which gives it a peaceful setting. Chalets are pretty basic, clean and have plenty of parking. Price is pretty good if 4 sharing, Italians restaurant... More

Stayed for 5 nights in late Jan/early Feb in a 1 bed chalet. Great value, did the job, would stay again. We managed 2 days skiing and 2 days of walking/biking in Rothiemurchus Forest. The only negative point I'd make was that there was a slight smell of tobacco smoke in the living area. We only noticed it when we... More

I stayed in one of the smallest chalets on a midweek special offer with linens and electricity included in the price. This was an amazing bargain as the price would have been a good one for the accommodation alone; the chalet was cosy and the linens provided of a very good quality. There was ample storage space and the location... More
