Terrible place to stay in. Although we had booking and checked for seveal times prior to the trip, we were given two separate rooms instead of one double. Breakfast was weak and the service was ordinary. If you have money to waste that's the correct place, if not don't even get closer. more

Booked in advance for one of the busiest nights of the year in Glasgow, only to be called shortly before travelling to be told that there had been a mistake and there were no rooms available. Funny how the rooms we had booked suddenly became available at nearly 3 times the price we had originally booked them for! more

I found Glasgow a drab and depressing place but Onslow House was very nice. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was spotlessly clean with a nice comfortable bed. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The staff recommended a couple of excellent restaurants close by. I was disappointed with Glasgow but not with Onslow House. more
