I stayed at the Seton Guest House in Glasgow for a couple of nights in September 2011. Clean, safe, and convenient to the center of the city, with affordable and comfortable rooms. The proprietors were incredibly accommodating and held my room when I didn't arrive according to schedule. Booked in quite last minute due to a late business trip. Found the place on here but was hesitant to book due to some very poor reviews. As it was such short notice though didn't have much option. Me and a work colleague arrived and were greeted in a friendly manner by the proprietor Alastair. We had been told over... More

I have just spent a week in the Seton Guest House. I received a warm welcome from Alistair and Sheena the owners. We were shown to our room which was next to the dining room an ideal place to be. The room was very well maintained and the bed linen was very clean. Dont know why the other person got... More

A great place to stay. Well located, with cosy rooms and very welcoming hosts. A generous individually cooked breakfast and copious amounts of tea. Highly reccommended! More

It looked so nice on the internet. We knew as soon as the front door was opened that this was a mistake. It is shabby, verging on the grungy. There were missing light bulbs and broken light fittings in our room (which overlooked a dismal concrete yard). The "bathroom" walled off in a corner of the bedroom smelled of bad... More

We've been to Glasgow before and just needed a place for 2 nights while attending meetings. Nothing else was available for less than £100 per night this past June so we ended up at the Seton Guest House for 2 nights. Under these circumstances we made do with this place but if we had to do it again, would definitely... More

My wife and I needed a hotel close to the city centre to stay in following a friend's wedding. The location was excellent - with free on street parking (no parking meters!) and George Square minutes away. The rooms were very comfortable and the linen was spotless. What set this place apart for us was just the sheer level of... More

We were visiting Glasgow for a friends wedding earlier this month and spent 2 nights at the Seton Guest house. We would definetly stay there again, The owners were great and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived! The rooms were spotless and the location is perfect. Would highly recommend this B&B! More
