“They promise a lot more than they deliver”

We booked this hotel because it was very reasonable and it was billed as a hotel airport with a free shuttle to the airport. Upon check in we found out that we were over 4 miles away from the airport and that they did not have a shuttle driver so the free shuttle would not take us to the airport... More

“Nice Hotel”

Nice hotel stayed overnight here and the room was great, food was good, Breakfast were fine, overall nothing to moan about, only that the Free WIFi is not very good and is really slow. Would stay there again on my next visit...

“Great value for money doesn't always mean low quality!”

The only problem I've found with this hotel is the air conditioning - it doesn't really work and when it does its loud!! The rooms are large, clean and the beds very comfy !! “Good Value for Money”

Clean large rooms. Fast Free Wifi. Good Service. Because I use public transport it was a bit difficult to get around using First bus. Use Megabus instead if staying here. Sainsbury is 5 min walk, very close. Overall Very Good. Recommended

Clean large rooms. Great food. Very slow service waiting for food. 50 mins for a starter on more than one occasion staff forgot to order our drinks we had to ask for them. “Nice rooms. Good value. Handy location for driving”

Nicely firnished clean modern room, free wifi worked well. Didn't try the meals. Handy location for driving being near the M8 West of the city. Sainsburys and Braehead shopping centre nearby. Good "flash" prices when booked ahead. It'll be our first choice next visit to Glasgow. Receptionist very efficiently sorted a minor problem.
