The hotel overall was awesome and the staff were super friendly. However the hotel felt a bit old for today's standards. The rooms were clean, however the hotel felt old and not updated. Everything was very clean.

This once great hotel is now looking tired and dated. Its rooms are tiny by major chain standards and desperately need to be refurbished. We had a 2 night stay in April. The staff were all helpful and the rooms were to a good standard. Breakfast was wonderful. We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions and have never had a bad experience. Will book this hotel again very soon for another lovely weekend in Glasgow.
