On arrival you have to goto the Best Western round the corner for the keys which takes 2 mins, you are advised to use the NCP Carpark across the street which I did for a few hours, but then found out if you park in the street from 6pm onwards on a saturday its free to park overnight which is safe enough, so a £40 carpark bill was cut down to £8. There were 30 off us staying in various rooms in the apartments, they were clean, tidy and we had no problems whatsoever, we used to book the Quality Hotel until it went into recievership earlier this year, but from now on, on our yearly trips to Glasgow we will be using these apartments, we will definitley be back. There was no noise from any other room, even at 3am. Rooms do have heavy firedoors which can be noisy but they are made for safety. Kitchens come complete with washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, all Zanussi. There is also washing up liquid/power etc supplied for all these. Only downside was you get 1 key per... more
