Having stayed in central Hotels in Glasgow during visits over the last eight years I was a little hesitant about trying a 'B&B' on the South Side. I really needn't have had any hesitation as my son was recommended the Glasgow Guest House - it was excellent. More like a Boutique Hotel than a traditional Bed and Breakfast and I... More

John and James were very accommodating to our early arrival on our first day in after a long overnight flight . They let us check our luggage in way before normal check-in time. We went for a long walk in the lovely nearby Bellahouston Park and had a great dinner at a castle like hotel/restaurant John referred us to a... More

Simply excellent. John and James were both charming and informative. Have never stayed anywhere with a warmer welcome. If in Glasgow would certainly stay again if they had room. We had the small two bed appartment at the back of the house, quiet, comfortable and toicked all the boxes we needed for a short stay. Great Scottish breakfast.

This was the nicest B&B we stayed at in our travels through Europe and Asia. The owner is extra friendly with a great sense of humor! The suite was fantastic and the breakfast absolutely delicious. We highly recommend this to anyone going to Glasgow. Ask for directions. It is a little tricky getting to the right house when you are... More

We arrived from an overnight flight and were warmly welcomed and oriented by John. The excellent lounge and kitchen facilities gave us a great place to rest and enjoy the nearby parks and restaurants while we planned the next part of our trip. John and James had us in stitches over wonderful breakfast and bottomless coffee. Highly recommended.

My daughter and I stayed at this lovely B&B in April while visiting Scotland. This is a traveller's haven in Glasgow. John who owns and runs this property is the ultimate host with his genuine friendliness and willingness to help everyone in a caring manner. In fact during our stay we felt we were visiting an old friend (John is... More
