This clean, comfortable B&B is on a quiet, dead-end street, but is only a five-minute walk from downtown pubs and restaurants. The decor is artfully cluttered, with collections of everything from cranberry glass and perfume bottles, to decor related to pugs (the dogs) filling the common rooms. The bed was very comfortable (the best bed of our month's holiday in... More

I have stayed with Mrs Hardie for about 6 years now. She has always been most welcoming and one gets to know her and her family. Terrific comfortable rooms and a top class breakfast. Disaster is that she is moving to Edinburgh so am now looking for a new p[lace to stay when i go to St Andrews for golf.... More

The standard of this property is outstanding. It is a perfect location for visiting St Andrews on foot. A street away from the main shops but located in a quiet street and opposite a pretty church. The attention to detail is faultless and the standard of everything superb. It was luxurious yet homely and the host was charming. My friend... More

I have business in St Andrews once a year and I insist on staying at 18 Queens Terrace. Jill's welcome is warm, the rooms delightful and comfortable, the breakfast is out of this world and yet the price is eminently reasonable. I don't know what the other accomodation inthe townm is like and frankly I don't plan to find out! More

This was the perfect place to stay, for us, when visiting St. Andrews. Jill has a true gift of hospitality. Her rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. Her hot breakfasts are very tasty, and she takes an order for whatever you wish so it is served fresh. She provides many little extras in your room to make your stay more... More

I love staying at Queensterrace! You walk into a beautiful house filled with stunning artefacts and wonderful homely items. Jill is incredibly welcoming and makes you feel at home straight away. I have stayed in a few of the different rooms and they are all spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. I think the beds are the most comfortable that I... More

We stayed here for just one night while returning our son to university in St Andrews and I can only agree with the other reviews. It is in a very quiet spot but still very convenient for the town. Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and a lovely homely atmosphere. More

We enjoyed our stay with Jill and our visit to St. Andrews so much that all we could talk about was coming back for a longer visit. The atmosphere of the home is absolutely charming and the friendliness of Jill and her staff makes you feel part of the family. We had the "green" room in the front of the... More
