We spent 4 nights in this charming guest house for T-In-The-Park 2011, and it was p-e-r-f-e-c-t. Jim and Liz are the most wonderful family where we are coming every year, for the festival of Edinburgh but also for the pleasure to be there. Absolutely spotlessly clean accommodation and the firendliest welcome imagineable. Thanks for a lovely stay and I'll definitely be back any time I need to stay in the area.
