Our stay in Froach House was really enjoyable. With a warm and friendly welcome as well as a fantastic service. The location of the B&B was near to the center of Edinburgh, however it was all up hill, to be expected for edinburgh. Would definatley go again and stay for longer! A great introduction to Edinburgh new and old. We loved the fabrics and wallpaper choice in our room, in fact the whole house. Thoughtful neutrals and textures showcased a bright 'focus.' Nothing jarred. more

Gareth has a fantastic place there and is a great host. The rooms are stylish and comfortable and clean. The house is well maintained. The cooked breakfast was delicious. An extremely stylish, welcoming and professionally run bed and breakfast. Excellent location and the breakfasts are absolutely fantasticl! Modern B&B with excellent facilities and great breakfast. Kirsten and Gareth make you feel welcome and at home. It's a 15-20 minute walk (or a £6 taxi ride) to the shopping area so a perfect location. Would definitely come back to stay more
