This is a very friendly hotel a stones throw from Harvey Nicks! Large rooms good bathrooms and our room (7) had a view to the Forth. Well placed to walk into town. No lift so could be a problem to some. more

The most expensive accommodations of our trip were the worst! Requested rooms on lower floors but were put in 2 3rd-floor "attic" rooms. Stayed in apartment which was very big and clean with daily maid service. Plenty of tea and coffee supplied in the apartment and breakfast at the hotel next door and this very very good - you need to prebook a cooked breakfast the night before if this is required.
