stayed for couple of nights at B+B...location was excellent to city centre although room was not ready on arrival but we were able to leave our luggage and come back in an hour....were given room 27 which at first appeared to go down to the basement but wasnt and was very modern and clean...only fault was the window would not... “Lovely Old Building”

Lovely old building right in the heart of Edinburgh. The wood panels & staircase were amazing. The dining room was beautiful with lovely views. Breakfast was the full monty, which set us up for the day. Staff were lovely. What more could you ask for ? It was a privilege to stay here.

Fantastic victorian building and amasing rooms done in a comtemporary style in a Victorian setting. Breakfats buffet is fabulous and generous. Great deal for price. It is located outside major city streets but not far. Yet it gives you the opportunity to explore the NewTown.

Stayed here for 1 night recently and was upgraded to a suite which was beautiful with lots of extra touches and a magnificent view. Breakfast was lovely. For £45 deal which I paid I am delighted with this find in Edinburgh. First class service will definitely return.
