Beautiful building, perfect location, stunning interior, but the best thing about this hotel is the staff and owner, they are the friendliest and most professional people you will meet in Edinburgh. If you don't stay here you are missing out on a real gem!

This was a Christmas treat for my in-laws, we went 18th -20th March, it was wet, windy and snowy, but what a wonderful time we had. The B&B was excellent, very friendly staff, nothing to much trouble. We are going back in September for a longer stay. Thank you for making our stay memorable.
