It was a decent stay. You get exactly what they tell you and no more. I will give it massive props for location. You can walk to anything of interest in twenty minutes. If you are a low-maintenance, solo traveler, or in a couple, and you aren't terribly interested in amenities, this is a great chain to use. It's cheap.... More

Great location for a small hotel, would reccommend that you only use if you just need a place to sleep, we had a small room with no window. It was fine to sleep in but there was no room for anything else, it got really hot through the nite as there was no window and the air conditioning was very... More

We hadn't read the reviews, probably should have, we were there for our wedding anniversary, and was looking for a cheap but ideal location to stay...when we arrived and entered the room I thought we was entering a Easyjet toilet, yes the room was that small. With just enough room for a bed, and for our cases on the floor,... More

I had read the reviews and dimensions of easyHotel Edinburgh in advance so I knew what we were getting into, but still, when we we walked into the room... it was so small!! There was just enough room for us to put our two bags on the floor and walk between the door and the bed. We had a room... More

Stayed here because I just needed a place to crash before finishing my journey. The room was TINY and really hot but worst of all was the fact there were hairs in the bed and shower. I arrived very late at night and just collapsed in bed so didn't notice until the next morning. I complained when I checked out... More

We stayed here as a couple for 7 nights and were very happy with everything. We were lucky enough to get a room on the front - overlooking Princes Street. Not only did we have a window - we had 6 windows! The views of the Castle every morning were really special. Thanks for putting us in that room! Since... More

The location of this hotel is excellent, on the main city centre street, directly opposite the castle. The rooms are large cupboards with a double bed and a bathroom pod. They have no space, so if you plan to spend long periods in your hotel (apart from sleeping) this is possibly not the best choice. However, if you want a... More

To be fair this hotel does not claim to be anything it isn't. I booked here because it was a last minute decision and most hotels in Edinburgh were already full. I thought I'd be happy with just a bed for the night. Reality hit when I entered my room. I had a medium sized suticase and the only place... More

I knew the rooms were tiny having stayed here on a stag night before so that wasn't an issue but this time was terrible, All night there was some kind of machinery or boiler rumbling all night & the room was unbearably hot, I tossed & turned for 4 hours before having a much needed shower and checking out, do... Sometimes all we need is a comfortable clean bed in a cubbie hole. We needed somewhere for half a day before catching the Caledonian Sleeper to London at close to midnight. We took a standard room with window. It was tiny. But so was the price. It was like napping in a cocoon. Everything worked and the receptionist was great. More
