We normally stay at the Holiday Inn near the zoo, but it was full so we tried here. Me and my gf stayed here for Hogmanay! The hotel was brilliant service and all great view of the coast from our bedroom window and easy access to the city centre even though it was quite far out! The rooms could do with some modernization but other than that very comfortable and spacious! A good nights sleep! More

I hopped on a bus from central Edinburgh to get here and the hotel is located in a very modern area - right next to a large shopping area open in the evenings, so very handy. I only interacted with staff at check in and out, and both were pleasant. Room clean and comfortable. More

Free parking at a city hotel was great - taxi fare was £10 to castle - £8 back from Princes Street. 5 min walk to Royal Yacht Britannia Hotel- clean and efficient, some good restaurants within walking distance. More
