Located in between Waverley street station (3 min walk) and the Royal mile (1 min walk) this is perfect for exploring Edinburgh. Stayed in a double room which was spacious with a nice bathroom. Clean and can have nothing to complain about including the price for a 3 star. Did not have breakfast as preferred to eat out instead.

You can't beat the location (half way between the main train station and the Royal Mile) and it offers the basic amenities but there are annoying things about this hotel.
