You have to be impress but the standard and the history of the hotel, even more with the suite we got through upgrades with the hilton honors systems but there was some details that could have made this stay great instead of nice... Great Location, unfortunately they were doing major roadwork’s when we visited and it made it really difficult to find and get in and out of the hotel. We booked 2 nights via Bookings.com and got a good deal on the room rate although it was still quite expensive. I am not sure if they intentionally put people that don't book... more

Used Hilton Honors award. Large, nice room, but right over hotel bar (Beans) which was unbelievably loud. Hotel has made a business decision to sacrifice comfort of guests (others complaining too) on an entire side of the hotel for revenue from overly testosteroned bar. Staff was good. more
