Extremely friendly staff. Warm welcome from the staff at reception. Location is very good, The hotel is close to the centre of Edinburgh. The room was very clean. View from the room was less but then you don't spend much time there during the day.

I booked this from the US online based on the other reviews. Let me just say its hands down AMAZING! We were upgraded to a deluxe room w out asking. WOW what a fabulous room! So close to the waverly station with a perfectly convenient back entrance. Can't say enough great things about our stay.

The hotel is absolutely perfect for a week-end or even more. We loved the modern design, the cleanliness, the staff kindness, the spa, the relaxing pool...Also it's near the train station so very convinient central location! Absolutely amazing! I'd love to go again!
