Stayed at the Point during an overnight visit to Edinburgh to catch a theatre performance. very pleasant staff who were helpful and obliging. Room very spacious and although basic was clean and bright ( bath towels big enough for my large body !!!! ). Breakfast excellent with wide choice.

this hotel is well located -near the castle etc . also near a few strip clubs tho ! the staff were very helpful ;however it was very noisy -a booming wedding going . on far too long making it hard to sleep .

Stayed there about a week ago and found the staff to be very friendly and helpful though there were some down sides. I had a pre theatre dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious, but if you were hungry you’d probably not find the portion size adequate. For me it was fine.
