Stayed here for the weekend recently. Hosts are superb, place is spotless, food excellent. Location very convenient for jumping on a bus into the centre of Edinburgh. Only minor issue is that they prefer cash and have a 3% surcharge for the use of cards which is not mentioned on their website. more

We went in Aug,during all the festivals and Edinburgh was very crowded. This B&B was a on quiet cul de sac, with easy bus access. Host are friendly, rooms very well maintained. Good breakfast. Enjoyed it very much. In Aug. prices are VERY high, but during other times it is probably quite reasonable. more
