My mum and I stayed here for two nights, the room was comfortable and the staff very warm and friendly. The Arbroath smokie pie was mouthwatering ... Breakfast was good but slightly limited choices however what was on offer was good quality and tasty. I'd recommend this place to others and would definitely return :)

Called in here with friends on a sunny afternoon for a few drinks and some food in the beer garden. The staff were very friendly, the food was pub grub as expected, but that's all we were looking for and it was very nice. Will be back!

We had an excellent lunch of steak pie and smokie pie today. There was a wide choice in the menu and a blackboard with specials. Very helpful polite and helpful service. A table was reserved for us but it was quiet there today Lovely little pub. Very busy in the evenings and good choice of beers.
