Stayed here with Shearings after they cancelled our previous holiday at short notice. Hotel is in need of total refubishment. Countless floor boards and doors creek. Poor quality food. The only plus point is the staff provide a decent service. Don't expect any Customer Service from Shearings either more

My husband and I have just had a 5 day beak at this hotel and found the whole experience very disappointing. Our major complaint was the standard of the food. Previous reviews about the entertainment were spot on, regarding James. Most Shearings hotels offer the same thing someone singing alone to pre-recorded music.
