We also highly recommend the Steak & Ale pie... the food was good wholesome fayre and served in a friendly & efficient way. There was a party in the bar when we arrived and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Everyone in the restaurant seemed to be enjoying the food and service. This family seemed to be working very hard at providing a very good level of service and they suceeded. They deserve praise and lots of customers... best of luck, you deserve it. Bedroom was clean & tidy (just needed a lick of paint on the bathroom door) and very comfortable. more
