The B & B is on a hill overlooking Oban with a fantastic view and we had a very spacious and comfortable room overlooking the town down below. Louise and Donald welcomed us with warmth and ease, and were gracious and accommodating throughout our stay. Every aspect of our visit was delightful; the house was beautiful and clean, breakfast was... More

We first came across this guest house 2 years ago and were first attracted by their wonderful spacious car park! We were made to feel very welcome by Donald and Louise who are wonderful hosts and cannot do enough for you. Louise's full Scottish breakfast is to die for and Donald just keeps the toast a coming!! Our room was... More

A very pretty B and B with all the finishing touches. Superclean. Superb breakfast. Kind hosts. It sits on a ridge overlooking Oban so there is a walk uphill if you do not have a car. There is a large private carpark. I can highly recommend this place. More

Spotless accomodation, great breakfast and good value. Located on a quiet street but only 2 mins walk from town centre. Loads of off street parking More

We stayed here on a tour around Scotland, and were greeted with a very warm welcome on a wet, Scottish afternoon! The level and friendliness of service was the same throughout our two night stay. The room was large and comfortable, with a perfectly adequate en suite. The Glenroy is local for the town centre, though you'll have a bit... More

This is a great B&B. We stayed one night on our way to Mull. We would have stayed a couple more on the way back but they were fully booked! When you stay here it's easy to see why - charming hosts, a lovely room and a great breakfast.. Just up the hill from the Ferry it's very convenient. Not... More

Stayed here in this lovely B&B while on a sea-kayaking course in the harbour. The owners, Louise and Donald, were extremely welcoming and friendly, and went out of their way to help. Breakfast was huge and extremely filling, and the bedroom was large, clean and comfortable - very cosy. Great value, and great location in the centre of town if... More

The guest house is near to the ferry, bus and train station, it 6 minute walk at most (it is up a small hill however). The rooms are very nice and the couple who run the house are really nice and helpfull, the breakfast very good. The lady did say the single room is a bit small but to me... More

Stayed in at the Glenroy in Oban on way to the Highlands for 2 nights and thought it was one of the nicest guest houses we have stayed in. Louise and Donald were lovely, the whole place is absolutely immaclately clean. Whoever does the cleaning deserves a medal! Lots of lovely little extras, lovely view from room on 1st floor... More

I have to admit driving up that narrow hill, I wasn't sure when I was going to find the guest house. The weather didn't look too inviting either, but yeah! Off street parking! I have to admit, if the parking area was full, parking on the street would have been quite difficult. Louise was very welcoming and my single room... More
