This was one of the nicest, if not the nicest guesthouse I have ever stayed at. The hosts are friendly, welcoming and helpful, and the room we had (twin) was clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable with nice beds and two nice pillows for each of us. Despite fronting onto the road, it was quiet and we had a good... More

Has everything you could ask for. The most amazing breakfast, comfortable, clean rooms with many extras. It was fully booked when we were there. Weve booked again for next year, roll on next year! Very friendly, helpful people. More

Having been blessed with a beautiful baby girl in December, myself and my partner decided to take our first trip away as a family. We searched and searched for a last minute b&b, and my partner who is Scottish recommended Oban, as he knew that me being Irish and having grown up by the beach, it would be the perfect... More

My daughter and I stayed here during our trip to Oban and Mull. Beautiful village. Kate and George are friendly down-to-earth folk - welcoming and helpful with good recommendations. The dining room was charming. And brilliant breakfasts made to order. Rooms are small (we don't hang about our rooms, so not an issue for us) with ensuites and very quiet.... More

We had a pleasant one night stay at the B&B in August of this year. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. We were staying in an attic room which was nicely decorated but was a bit tight for space (I have an American boyfriend so not quite used to smaller European rooms). The room was ensuite which was very... More

We expect guests to inform us of serious issues such as no electricty in a room and find it strange that a guest would only inform us of this three months after their stay allowing us in no way to investigate, rectify or appologise for the inconveince. Even a note left in the room or a telephone call the next... More

We chose this particular property based on Trip Advisor reviews and we were not disappointed. It was clean; coffee and tea was supplied in our room; the decor was very pleasing; location was close to pubs, etc. and breakfast of crepe filled with scrambled egg and bacon sprinkled with maple syrup was the best I've ever had anywhere. To top... More

We stayed in the Lagganbegg for an overnight as we were going to a concert in the Corran Halls and it proved to be a fantastic choice. It is only a few hundred yards from the centre of town with easy access to pubs, restaurants, car parks and of course the Corran Halls. The room was very clean and tastefully... More

Stayed in guest house for one night whilst going over to Tobermory with my son and niece. Arranged booking of two rooms over e-mail, no deposit was required and owners were great in responding to e-mails. Rooms were on the top floor but my son was well entertained on the way up and down with the homely items placed on... More

Lovely family run B&B close to everything of interest in Oban. a few minutes walk to the pier. Great breakfast with homemade oat biscuits and lovely pancakes. I went for a weekend for my birthday at the end of August to see my family and will now not stay anywhere else!!! Thank you very much! More

This is simply the best B&B we tried during our trip in Scotland. Very nice house and room, absolutely clean and well positioned. The very plus are the owners: friendly and kind people. The breakfast was delicious. Oban is a nice village and we suggest to make the three islands trip. Thank you very much George and Kate. More
