Hosts were very helpful with local knowledge and helping to settle in. Room was extremely clean and very comfortable. Although on main street, very quiet. Brekkie was great. Host recommended good places to eat. Walking distance to main area.

Thank you to Morven and all staff for the wonderful stay that we both had from 1st June to 8th June 2013 could not find a fault with anything the Guest House was so spotless and the breakfast were so awesome we will return next year all the best

My friend and I were delighted to have found such an immaculate house for our stay.We can't thank Morvan and her staff enough for their attention and lovely breakfasts.Everywhere was spotless and the room very comfortable

Arrived with a group of biker friends for one night. Excellent parking for the bikes. We were well looked after by Morven and the staff. The accommodation was great, the breakfast was great and the staff were great.

“Beautiful Oban”

We arrived on a grey and wet afternoon. So good to be able to go to the communal lounge and meet with other travellers. No need to leave , with a bottle of wine to share and such comfortable accomodation

We stayed at Kathmore for two nights in may 2013 whilst en route to the Island of Coll. Morven and her staff were very friendly and helpful. Our bedroom was immaculately clean and well appointed. We stayed at Kathmore for 2 nights in May 2013. Perfect location, 5 minute walk to the center of Oban and the docks. Very clean room and bath. We have recently returned from our umpteenth visit to Kathmore and once again, delighted by the room. Immaculate in decor and cleanliness (room and bathroom), comfortable beds, I could go on forever! “Comfortable and convenient.”

We stayed here while our boat was out of the water for a few days. It was very convenient for the town and very comfortable. We had a good breakfast and were made to feel welcome. The price was very reasonable and we would stay again if we needed a bed on land.

This is amazing! The stay is excellent. Clean rooms, and bathrooms! With all the amenities, this is a big plus! Great hospitality and good location. For anyone looking for B & B, this is definitely the right place!! PS. Excellent breakfast!
