We spent two nights at the Kathmore, 3rd and 4th Feb. The guest house is easy to find, has ample private parking and is very clean, there is also an excellent breakfast choice. Morven is very friendly and welcoming and I will certainly visit the Kathmore again as it is an excellent base for discovering Oban and the surrounding area....

Found the Kathmore through a friend after planning a road trip to Mull. Booked the day of (it was December, so not really a problem) and we were all very pleased with our stay. we stayed at kathmore on sat 5th november for one night, we were made to feel very welcome and given a lovely room, very clean and comfortable, morven is very friendly and helpfull. breakfast was great. would recommend kathmore to anyone planning an overnight stay in oban.

We stayed at the Kathmore Guest House for one night in August 2011, we had a family room which slept 5 (one in a travel cot). We had a very warm welcome and would definitely recommend it. We hope to stay there again next year.
