Stayed for one night with a group of friends. Will definitely return again. Beautifully kept B&B, decorated to a very high standard, who needs four star hotels with gueathouses of this standard! Excellent breakfast overlooking Loch Fyne & 2 minute walk to the village centre. Bill & Janice are the friendliest & most welcoming of hosts. Top class accommodation in... More

We had a lovely stay here whilst on a tour of West Scotland. The rooms are a good size with all the usual mod cons and very clean. The view from the Tiree room is superb. The cooked breakfasts are excellent, although there was no fresh fruit as part of the continental option which would have been nice for those... More

Perfect distance from city center. The way Bill cooks his smoked Lock Fyne kippers made for an excellent breakfast. The innkeepers were so pleasant, the heated floor in the downstairs room was a godsend in the morning. I can't recommend this place enough! More

Great place to stay. Awesome breakfast choice. You will feel the comfort of this beautiful B n B, and your host and hostess are very personable and will ensure you feel at home. Very clean, comfortable and a great value. Great location for a nice walk to the center of town. More

This is the standard to which all b&b owners must strive, as perfection like this is hard to achieve. From the moment you arrive you will quickly realise that the warmth and welcome from both Bill & Janice is genuine. Nothing is too much for them and they will go out of their way with local knowledge or journey planning,... More

This was our second visit to this wonderful accommodation. I can honestly say that Newton Hall will take some beating! We stayed in the Iona Suite and woke in the morning to beautiful views over Loch Fyne. Bill, the owner of the business was attentive and welcoming from the minute we arrived until our departure. The breakfast in the morning... More

Stylish, comfortable and welcoming. Located in a repurposed 19th century church, the front-facing rooms have incredible views over Loch Fyne. The breakfast menu is fantastic, the hosts are lovely and nice touches like the boutique toiletries set it apart from the usual B&B. More

Second visit and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. Hospitality second to none. Stayed in Lismore this time overlooking the Loch. Excellent location and ideal spot to tour around the area. Beautiful breakfast and very well presented. Well done Janice and Bill. We will be visiting again. Thank you! Good food and atmosphere at the George Hotel. Just a... More

Aboslutely Superb. Bill and Janice have managed to re-create a home from home atmosphere. Decor is smart , modern and rooms a very good size. Iona room has lovely loch views. Having suffered for 5 days at the Blytheswood Hotel (supposedly the best Glasgow has to offer ) the attention to detail at Newton Hall shames other much larger hotels.... More

Intent on spending New Year in Inverary 2011/12, we were fortunate that there was space at Newton Hall. It's location on Shore Road makes it ideal for the short walk into town. It also affords great views of Loch fyne, from Tiree room you can also see the back of Inverary Jail. We were welcomed initially by Bill, then his... More
