The thing is when the sign on the outside has 4 large gold star's then say's "self Certified" underneath in small letters you have to wonder. We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at the chapelbank. From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming and cheerful. Our room was huge, looking out over the main road. It was spotless and tastefully decorated. We had a great breakfast every morning, with smoked salmon, duck eggs and local smokies on offer. I would happily stay there again. More
